The Kinesio Tex Taping Kit includes:
- One box of 2" x 4.3 yds of beige, extra water-resistant tape
- Nine adhesive remover pads that break down tape adhesive for easy removal
- One 0.5 oz. tube of Stevens Skin Softener Cream. Great for sensitive skin and will not interfere with tape application.
- One information sheet containing protocols for Lateral Epicondylitis, General Hand Edema/Pain, Low Back Strain, and Patella Femoral Pain.
